Items are packaged and posted within 2 working days of placing your order. Small packages are sent 1st class and parcels are sent 2nd class. A standard charge of £3.00 is requested on all orders.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and our procedures for return are shown below.
Naaki Creations offer a 30 day returns and money back policy from the date of purchase. Full refunds or exchange will be provided where any faulty items are returned. When substitutes are not in stock, we will offer you the option of a full refund or alternative product of equivalent quality and prices.
Naaki Creations offer a 30 day period to return your goods for a full refund, if unsatisfied with your goods, proof of purchase is required.
Refunds are issued within two working days after receiving your returned items.
Where items are faulty, Naaki Creations will reimburse the cost of your postage (proof required). Where items are no longer required and goods are not faulty, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover cost of postage for returns.
All returns to be sent in a padded envelope.
